I went on a neighborhood ride of a bit over two hours, first northwest of Morgan Hill within the Coyote Valley then West of city on some quieter residential streets. After warming up I did a brisk tempo journey of over an hour, then completed up with some intervals and brief hill climbs. I felt advantageous after so I believe that is the correct quantity for me for a more durable day. Within the afternoon I wanted a haircut so I took my vado e-bike there and again, posted here.
